"Discover your hometown" using The Local Phonebook and IT2media's free App for all Android mobile phones. Using the application, you can access all the commercial and private directory listings in the whole of Germany.

IT2media has completed joint development work with the marketing arm of The Local Phonebook on schedule. Dr. Marcus Meyerhöfer, Mobile Applications team leader at IT2media, is extremely happy: "This new application allows us to make available the excellent date of The Local Phonebook on a fascinating mobile phone platform. Our test users were surprised how intuitively they could launch search requests and how comprehensive the results were."

On the home screen of the Local Phonebook's new Android App, you can find all the relevant hits in the vicinity on the basis of the customizable topic list. You can, for example, choose from supermarkets, bars & pubs or ATM machines and even relocate the categories yourself. For each of the hits, the system gives you further information and can guide you to the desired destination using the built-in route planner.
